How to use this Map

This map contains internal and external datasets relevant to the Natural Environment team.

Right Widgets

the layerlist is open on launch, the top two layers are groups containing standard internal datasets and historic maps by epoch. you'll find 2 other buttons on the right side. the legend for viewing symbologies and the basemap selector for using imagery etc. You cna also access the layer legends via the 'three lines' button within the layerlist.

Left Widgets

On the Left you'll find buttons to create polygon data for woodland proposals and other things potentially (let me know any ideas) (Note this is still in development and is not fully functional yet...) You can also print layouts via the print button. layout design is stil in development. Note OS light basemap doesnt work for layouts so switch to topographical/aerial etc. Any queries email: leondavis@gateshead.gov.uk
