How to use this Map

Welcome to the interactive Planning Constraints Map for Gatesehead. A planning constraint on a building/land may limit the type of development that can be done or restrict its use. Common constraints include flood zones, conservation areas and listed buildings. When you are making a planning application, it is important to know which constraints affect the site as we may require further information to be submitted with your planning application in line with our Validation Checklist.
